Job Details

Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with demonstrated tenure in Sr. BSA and CRM solution architecture.
Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale, complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or an adjacent regulated industry.
Expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale.
Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, generative AI tools) within Life Sciences commercial solutions.
Deep integration architecture experience including Boomi or Workato, event-driven architectures, or enterprise API strategy.
Proven understanding of global data residency, data sovereignty, and privacy laws within the healthcare domain.
Ability to operate as a functional and technical hybrid, resolving ambiguity and accelerating alignment across programs.

Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams to translate strategic intent into architectural direction.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and key performance indicators.
Prepare functional solution documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical designs.
Partner with Salesforce product teams and third-party vendors to shape solution approaches and leverage new platform capabilities.
