Job Details

Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in automation, workflow development, and system integration.
Experience within financial services, specifically broker-dealers or RIAs, is preferred.
Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations between various business systems and CRM platforms.
Expertise in requirements elicitation methodologies like user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Demonstrated experience configuring, deploying, and managing AI platforms and agents.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Effective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to balance multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience with Zoho CRM and HubSpot is preferred.
Familiarity with project management or workflow platforms like Monday.com.

Elicit, analyze, and document system and user interface requirements from diverse stakeholders.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and compliance.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Manage the selection, configuration, and deployment of AI platforms and agents.
Monitor and fine-tune AI solutions to ensure performance and effectiveness.
Create and maintain technical documentation for automated processes, workflows, and AI configurations.
Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative automation and integration solutions.
