Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work/military experience.
- Expertise in at least one business discipline: supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution.
- Proficiency using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Thorough understanding of information systems technologies, databases, web-based systems, and system design.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS.
- Certification in Salesforce.com, business analysis, or systems analysis is preferred.
- Experience working under pressure in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with stakeholders and business process leads to analyze problems and reconcile requirements.
- Facilitate meetings to determine process requirements and system changes.
- Develop detailed user stories, work plans, and deliverables for CRM initiatives.
- Partner with IT to validate solutions and facilitate user-acceptance testing.
- Guide, train, and coach other analysts and key users.
- Coordinate with program and training teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change.
