Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in business and systems analysis and project management/project lead supporting software development teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Library or Information Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, and managing user-story-based delivery.
- Hands-on experience with project tracking in JIRA, including story point metrics, dashboards, and velocity reporting.
- Experience with digital content or collections management, including metadata management and digital asset workflows.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting workflow systems, business rules, and roles and permissions.
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC best practices, including requirements definition, design documentation, and testing.
- Ability to produce precise analytical artifacts like process flows and data/metadata mapping matrices.
- Excellent communication skills for delivering status reporting to client or government stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage a distributed, fully remote team.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document content eligibility criteria and business rules in collaboration with government stakeholders.
- Develop metadata field mapping, transformation, and normalization rules for integrated systems.
- Translate analysis into JIRA user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support backlog grooming.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Track and report sprint performance using JIRA dashboards and velocity metrics.
- Deliver status reports to government stakeholders covering progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor delivery against contract deliverables and sprint commitments.
