Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with Salesforce.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, including Flow, permission sets, reports, dashboards, and page layouts.
- Experience partnering with external systems integrators or implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong experience with integrations, data migration, data mapping, data quality, and data governance.
- Strong experience gathering and translating complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple Salesforce projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams, and implementation partners to understand business needs and define effective solutions.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
- Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and requirements traceability.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and deployment readiness activities.
- Partner with integration and data teams on system interfaces, data migrations, data quality, data mapping, and data governance.
- Support Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) initiatives, including customer data unification, segmentation, activation, and data governance.
- Evaluate Salesforce AI capabilities and develop business cases and recommendations for Salesforce AI initiatives.
