Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL querying and databases.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow analysis, and use cases.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow initiatives to completion.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide business systems analysis support to translate stakeholder objectives into actionable solutions.
- Conduct requirements analysis using interviews, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Develop detailed process documentation, including requirements, use cases, and system flows.
- Evaluate existing systems to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate solution design and project planning.
- Support end-user training and resolve system-related inquiries or issues.
- Utilize data and analytical insights to inform business and technology decision-making.
