Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the retail or E-commerce industries.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Omni, PowerBI).
- Expert level proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and independent problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create models/frameworks to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Comfort coaching non-technical teammates on data and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Query and analyze data using SQL to track marketing KPIs and assess business health.
- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic reporting and interactive dashboards for actionable insights.
- Enforce data governance standards including metric definitions and documentation.
- Perform regular data sweeps and audits to ensure record accuracy and consistency.
- Validate and quality-check AI-assisted analysis for accuracy and interpretation.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, training and guiding teams on data and AI tool usage.
- Champion AI adoption by building reusable prompts, workflows, and coaching teams.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and integrate AI/automation into recurring workflows.
