Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience working with data in a business context.
- Currently employed in industry or on a deliberate career break with current knowledge.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working with university students from diverse academic and geographic backgrounds.
- Commitment to the full four-week program.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design one real-world or practitioner-inspired project brief grounded in professional experience.
- Lead at least one structured 60-minute workshop for the cohort at the start of the program.
- Conduct a short weekly check-in call, schedulable on weekends or evenings.
- Provide support on Slack or a similar async channel for participant questions between sessions.
- Attend the final presentation session in Week 4 where participants present project output.
- Adhere to program quality and engagement standards.
