Requirements
- BS in Finance or Accounting or related field
- 6+ years of relevant experience in SaaS or Start Up environment
- Proficiency in Rippling required
- Experience with multi-subsidiaries and global payroll
- Experience using HRIS systems and payroll processors such as Rippling, Vistra, and Remote
- Extremely detail oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of payroll procedures and global tax regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with account reconciliation processes and general ledger maintenance
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain, review and validate data for US, Canada, UK, and additional Employer of Record payrolls
- Process payments, adjustments, and expense reports in alignment with company policy
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and global payroll laws
- Lead annual audits for 401k and Workers Compensation
- Manage payroll systems, system upgrades, and data integrity
- Conduct account reconciliations and prepare payroll-related journal entries
- Provide payroll reports and trend analysis to Finance and People teams
