Requirements
- Proven experience building growth at scale in acquisition, performance marketing, or organic growth.
- Ability to build growth strategies where no established playbook exists.
- Deep instincts for search and acquisition with a strong point of view on AI-driven discovery.
- Financial literacy regarding growth economics, including CAC, attribution, and pipeline economics.
- Proven leadership experience managing leaders and building high-performing teams.
- Experience operating across different growth models, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Strong influence and communication skills to partner with senior cross-functional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy for creating and capturing demand across paid, organic, AI, and emerging channels.
- Lead HubSpot's strategy across traditional search and emerging AI discovery experiences.
- Reinvent performance marketing to modernize measurement and improve targeting using data and AI.
- Partner with Product to turn customer insights into new acquisition opportunities or features.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth organization while staying close enough to the work to accelerate decisions.
