Requirements
- Law degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in Europe.
- 4+ years of experience with a primary focus on drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with Enterprise Sales teams to negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracting with deep expertise in sales contracts and legal processes.
- Broad and in-depth specialized knowledge of the EU legal framework.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of contracts under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide concise, business-minded legal advice.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- AI literacy with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the redlining and negotiating process for SaaS enterprise sales contracts including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, and DPA.
- Advise on legal principles relating to data privacy, intellectual property, information security, and corporate risk mitigation.
- Review and negotiate partnership, procurement, and marketing contracts within the EMEA region.
- Provide legal support for HR projects, employment law, and labor law topics.
- Draft and maintain company-wide policies in accordance with organizational governance standards.
- Monitor developments in laws and regulations to advise the business on emerging legal risks.
- Provide legal guidance on new product initiatives and feature launches.
- Initiate and lead comprehensive legal training for cross-functional teams.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-functional legal projects and process improvement initiatives.
