Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliances, or sales within fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies.
  • At least 3 years working directly with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to manage commercial negotiations and executive relationships in both languages.
  • Strong understanding of the German, Austrian, and Swiss technology and consulting ecosystem.
  • Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing consulting, agency, or systems integration partners.
  • Experience owning partner-sourced pipeline or revenue targets and delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced technology environments and execute in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and influence skills for building trust with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical depth and comfort discussing APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and the AI landscape.
  • Hands-on, data-driven mindset focused on creating programs and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard consulting firms, boutique systems integrators, and digital agencies across the DACH region.
  • Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and certification programs to help partners build successful service offerings.
  • Build, track, and grow partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the DACH region.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to activate opportunities and co-sell.
  • Co-own joint business plans with priority partners to ensure measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Represent n8n at industry events and build strong relationships with local sales and field teams.
  • Act as the internal voice of DACH partners to shape future programs, incentives, and product priorities.
