Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in workforce management, HR-IT systems, time management, or operations.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law (and ideally EU labor regulations).
- Experience with tariff logic and company-specific agreements.
- Strong understanding of HR and ERP system architectures.
- Proven experience with integration architectures, APIs, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability in KPI definition and efficiency analysis.
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Workday, ATOSS, or UKG/Kronos is considered a plus.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for the workforce management portfolio.
- Ensure system compliance with German labor laws, collective agreements, and industry-specific regulations like KRITIS.
- Analyze and optimize workforce efficiency, shift models, and labor cost metrics.
- Collaborate with R&D to define technical requirements, data models, and API integrations for HR and ERP systems.
- Support complex pre-sales activities, key account workshops, and the creation of business cases.
