- Minimum 3 years of direct steel industry experience.
- Experience selling steel products, metals, commodities, or industrial materials.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
- Experience managing full sales cycle activities.
- Strong negotiation and account management abilities.
- CRM proficiency.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Stable employment history.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
- Sales leadership experience preferred.
- International trade experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand marketplace adoption.
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, freight terms, and Incoterms.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of regional Sales Representatives.
- Collaborate with international customers and suppliers across Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
- Track KPIs, revenue, and margins, and report findings to executive leadership.
- Maintain CRM and pipeline accuracy.
