Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and closing across a variety of professional functions.
- Proven experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Research, or similarly competitive and specialized talent markets.
- Proven ability to source candidates effectively through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Talent advisor mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence, and guide hiring managers using market intelligence.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting data and market insights to shape sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Highly autonomous and self-directed, with the ability to organize priorities and deliver results.
- Ability to work effectively within a virtual and international team while managing multiple time zones.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the U.S. and Canada, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer management, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring priorities, define requirements, and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Advise hiring teams on market trends, compensation considerations, required skills and competencies, target organizations, and available talent pools.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines for niche, specialized, and difficult-to-fill positions, particularly across Sales, Marketing, and Research.
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive candidate experience.
- Use recruiting data and market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies, identify challenges, and influence hiring decisions.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels and provide informed guidance throughout the recruitment process.
