Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, technology-driven environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions including Sales, Engineering, Product, and G&A.
- Demonstrated international recruiting experience across multiple regions.
- Deep expertise in Greenhouse ATS.
- Strong understanding of recruiting analytics and funnel metrics.
- Experience partnering with Finance/FP&A on workforce planning.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Strong knowledge of structured interviewing and inclusive hiring practices.
- Ability to work remotely in EST or CST time zones.
- Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle global recruitment across Sales, R&D, and G&A roles.
- Develop and refine sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and success profiles.
- Leverage and optimize Greenhouse ATS to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Build dashboards to track recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
- Collaborate with FP&A to align hiring plans with financial forecasts and headcount budgets.
- Contribute to diversity hiring strategies and inclusive interviewing practices.
