Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare quality, quality operations, population health, value-based care, managed care, health plan operations, or consulting.
  • Meaningful experience with HEDIS, Stars, payer quality measures, or other healthcare quality performance programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical or payer requirements into operational workflows.
  • Strong project and program management skills with experience managing concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to independently analyze healthcare or operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and large datasets.
  • Working proficiency with SQL for querying and manipulating complex datasets.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Ability to define reporting requirements, measure logic, and data specifications in partnership with technical teams.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for both operational guidance and senior stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the portfolio of HEDIS, Stars, contractual quality measures, and related campaigns across Thyme Care’s payer partnerships.
  • Translate measure specifications and partner requirements into executable workflows including member identification, tasking, and outreach models.
  • Develop and maintain job aids, SOPs, and training to enable Care Teams and Operations to execute campaigns consistently.
  • Independently analyze quality and operational data to identify gaps, validate performance, and recommend interventions.
  • Establish performance metrics and operating cadences, monitoring updates on both measure outcomes and operational execution.
  • Conduct retrospectives and root cause analyses to improve future performance and workflow efficiency.
  • Partner with Data and Product teams to define measure logic, dashboards, and automated monitoring.
