Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of Strategy and Operations experience.
- 2+ years of experience at the Manager or Senior Manager level.
- Mix of product management, project management, and analytics experience.
- Significant cross-functional stakeholder alignment experience.
- Background in Top-Tier Management Consulting (MBB, Big Four) or an in-house S&O role in high-growth Tech, Financial Services, or Fintech.
- Experience working alongside Product teams with understanding of digital platforms and customer journeys.
- Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling and data analytics.
- Proven experience owning and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority initiatives that define the future of product offerings and market positioning.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of the company roadmap.
- Collaborate with the Product team to understand customer and merchant experience, refine digital flows, and align technical solutions with business KPIs.
- Build and scale the 'operating system' of the department by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling and data analytics to track performance and forecast trends.
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning to implementation, ensuring measurable impact.
