Requirements
- Experience owning revenue motions, hitting quotas, and managing a number.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Proven experience building, hiring, and managing high-performance teams.
- Background in top-tier consulting, finance, or big tech, plus B2B tech startup/scaleup experience.
- Experience building and operating new businesses, products, or sales motions.
- Strong operating rigor to turn ambiguity into repeatable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.
- Excellent communication and evangelism skills to drive partnership value.
- Willingness to travel 20–40% within North America and Europe.
- Bonus: Experience in HR Tech, FinTech, or Embedded partnerships.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own commercial outcomes for strategic embedded partners and a portfolio of large embedded HR technology partnerships.
- Carry an annual bookings target of $10M+ and be accountable for pipeline, conversion, ARR, and retention.
- Build and execute partner account plans to translate strategic potential into measurable revenue.
- Develop repeatable partner sales motions across partner-sold, partner-sourced, and co-sold opportunities.
- Lead senior partner relationships and build trust with C-level stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product.
- Define, test, and optimize the embedded partner GTM model and turn experiments into repeatable playbooks.
- Manage and coach a team of partner account managers and embedded sales leads.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional efforts across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
