- Ability to think strategically about workflow design.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and think through practical solutions.
- Comfortable with technical concepts and able to troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and troubleshoot existing AI-powered workflows and automations.
- Connect and integrate multiple platforms (Airtable, Google Workspace, Notion).
- Set up data flows between systems to enable AI tools to access information.
- Work with Claude and other AI tools to create and refine automated processes.
- Improve data organization in Airtable and Google Workspace.
- Audit and enhance the operations manual to identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain platforms and keep data and records clean on an ongoing basis.
- Understand business needs to design appropriate system solutions.
- Evaluate workflow feasibility and recommend process improvements.
