Job Details

Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge, including structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use.
Hands-on experience building with AI and curiosity about emerging possibilities.
Experience with workflow automation tools and comfort with technical work.
A systems mindset, with the ability to understand how components connect and follow through until solutions work.
Ability to solve ambiguous problems and turn ideas or rough goals into clear plans.
A people-first approach that considers the learner's experience.
Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications.
Proactive and independent approach to work without step-by-step instructions.
Strong written communication in English and comfort working asynchronously in a remote team.
Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus.
Experience with learning platforms such as an LMS is a plus.

Research practical AI-powered approaches to deliver learning goals and recommend what to implement.
Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, then turn effective prototypes into working solutions.
Build and launch learning initiatives from initial idea through implementation.
Run and improve async onboarding to provide a smooth, mostly automated experience for new joiners.
Organize and maintain learning knowledge so it is easy to find, trustworthy, and current.
Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking, and reporting across learning systems.
Maintain learning systems and tools, including Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude.
Create short learning modules, guides, and other resources when needed.
Work with company stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop practical solutions.
