Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account Management.
- Proven experience driving renewals, expansion revenue, and pipeline generation.
- Experience preparing renewal proposals, account planning, and territory strategy.
- Experience managing and maintaining forecasts using CRM and forecasting platforms (SFDC and Clari preferred).
- Demonstrated success achieving quota attainment in high-performing organizations.
- Experience selling complex software solutions to executive stakeholders in Fortune 500 organizations.
- Experience leveraging consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC preferred.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills.
- Experience partnering with Customer Success to support retention and growth.
- Ability to use customer data and usage insights to demonstrate value.
Responsibilities
- Effectively renew, upsell, and cross-sell an assigned book of business while driving net-new ARR growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate expansion pipeline, and drive enterprise growth.
- Prospect within existing accounts to identify whitespace and expand into additional business units.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with Director, VP, and SVP stakeholders.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to reinforce ROI and future growth opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasts using SFDC and Clari to maintain pipeline health.
- Leverage the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and manage complex cycles.
