Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, a related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum 2+ years experience working at a digital publisher or digital ad agency.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and health/wellbeing platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Operative.One OMS (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Digital Media math and terminology (preferred).
- Knowledge of Ad Serving and Measurement vendors (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted strategic partner.
- Oversee client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support across multiple sales channels to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support upselling, contract renewals, and client expansion initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client services
