Requirements
- Active ICF PCC credential.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including meaningful coaching experience.
- Proven experience training, developing, supervising, or mentor coaching other coaches.
- Strong facilitation experience with both small and larger groups.
- Experience working inside a startup, technology company, or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Ability to distinguish individual coaching style from coaching quality.
- Strong judgment in evaluating coaching quality with the ability to provide clear, specific developmental feedback.
- Builder mindset with the ability to systematize, automate, or make learning asynchronous.
- Warm, direct, and highly relational communication style.
- Comfort working in a role where systems and processes are still evolving.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Mento training programs and conduct ongoing quality reviews.
- Support coach development through practice, feedback, and mentor coaching.
- Interview and assess prospective coaches against established standards.
- Partner with the Head of Coaching to evolve training programs for scale.
- Codify methodology and practices into playbooks and learning experiences.
- Build an integrated coach development pathway that supports ICF accreditation requirements.
