Requirements
- Worked with IB partners or within a broker's partnerships function.
- Built a client base as an introducing broker or run an agent network.
- Developed a partnership program in financial markets.
- Fluent in English and Russian language.
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Knowledge of affiliate networks.
- Exceptional planning and project management skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Source partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers.
- Negotiate partnership terms through to a signed agreement.
- Support each partner through to their first result—the point where their clients start trading.
- Grow existing partners by increasing their volume.
- Maintain CRM and reporting to a high standard for data-driven decision-making.
- Feed market feedback back to the team regarding competitor terms and product insights.
