Responsibilities
- Contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies in collaboration with management.
- Conduct direct outbound sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and Google X-Ray.
- Perform candidate screening calls to assess role fit.
- Manage interview logistics alongside Project Managers and Client Managers.
- Advise management on the candidate landscape and hiring trends.
- Take ownership of the candidate experience to ensure high-quality service.
