Requirements

- Bring strong research skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates across online platforms.
- Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for personalized candidate outreach.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Be able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research, including internships or informal experience, is preferred.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
- Understanding of technical job functions and engineering and product role requirements is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware positions.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ professional experience, availability, and interest.
- Work with recruiters and hiring teams to understand position requirements and improve sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and activity records in the applicant tracking system.
- Research technology talent markets and map candidate pools to identify sourcing opportunities.
