Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-site operational and/or management experience in fast-growth healthcare services.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA) highly preferred.
- P&L responsibility and experience with budget management, personnel management, and team building.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Strong active listening and verbal/written communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Must reside in Northern CA or Oregon.
- Ability to travel extensively in the field (70% of time) and occasional travel to Denver.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with DVMs to assist with recruiting, training, and retention.
- Maintain regular communication with doctors and office staff to review practice trends and performance objectives.
- Provide oversight and support to practice level managers, administrative staff, and regional managers.
- Manage P&L for the business, including vision for near and long-term value creation.
- Analyze and assess complex data to make recommendations for strategic and operational improvements.
- Partner with functional support departments to implement plans supporting business growth.
- Develop capital budgets and monitor ROI analyses for new site development and equipment purchases.
