Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in global stock plan administration or equity compensation.
- Demonstrated experience administering equity across multiple countries, legal entities, and tax jurisdictions.
- Experience managing E*TRADE, Workday, and other external vendors.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Ability to explain complex equity and tax concepts clearly to employees and leadership.
- Public-company experience is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- CEP certification or progress toward certification preferred.
- Experience using AI or workflow automation tools to improve operational quality.
- Ability to travel occasionally to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage global stock plans including stock options, RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP.
- Apply country-specific requirements for international transactions including tax withholding, payroll timing, and reporting.
- Maintain E*TRADE Equity Edge Online as the authoritative record for all equity activity.
- Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations between E*TRADE, Workday, and payroll.
- Support public-company reporting, SOX controls, and equity expense calculations.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax teams on plan interpretation and compliance.
- Develop global equity education strategies and serve as the escalation point for employee inquiries.
