Requirements
- 5+ years of people operations/HR experience in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong expertise in California and multi-state employment law, including wage/hour, leaves, and recordkeeping.
- Experience designing and building policies and employee handbooks.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and systems to scale processes.
- Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills utilizing HR systems.
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and Greenhouse Onboarding.
- Experience partnering with PEOs.
- Proven success managing end-to-end open enrollment processes.
- Experience scaling early to mid-stage healthcare startups is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sr. Director of People to create and lead scalable, innovative processes for team member lifecycle management.
- Utilize AI tools and systems to optimize people operations workflows.
- Oversee policy creation, audit readiness, and compliance governance across a multi-state footprint.
- Collaborate with Executive Directors and Clinical Leadership to design physician onboarding programs.
- Manage outsourced vendor portfolios, including home care, transportation, and LOA support.
- Lead end-to-end annual Open Enrollment, including communications and system readiness.
- Maintain service-level expectations and provide guidance on complex policy questions.
