Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as education, sales, patient navigation, or member support.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in Zoom, phone, and email.
- Ability to discuss sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Ability to learn and manage Customer Success and Operations tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passionate about reproductive health and family-building.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled video informed consent calls with prospective Split program participants to guide them through egg freezing and donation journeys.
- Confirm members meet logistical requirements and obtain informed consent for egg retrieval and donation.
- Ensure members receive answers to program questions and follow up with relevant resources.
- Document updates and relevant information in member profiles.
- Support donor onboarding, including building and approving donor profiles for the intended parent platform.
- Assist with outreach to intended parents and monitor the inbound company line.
- Respond promptly to member and lead inquiries over email.
- Surface observations and insights to team members to optimize the application process and member experience.
