Requirements
- One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Experience working within Claim MD or Availty for verifying benefits and reading EOBs.
- Ability to comprehensively explain insurance benefits to patients.
- Experience working within various payer portals.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about health technology.
- Proficiency in working independently and remotely with changing priorities.
- Ability to meet quantitative performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via phone and live chat.
- Identify root causes of issues and collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform.
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform.
- Act as a dedicated resource and advocate to ensure customers feel supported.
- Meet quantitative metrics regarding daily conversation volume.
