Requirements
- One year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes, preferably in mental health.
- Experience working within Claim MD or Availty for verifying benefits and reading EOBs.
- Ability to comprehensively explain insurance benefits to patients.
- Experience working within various payer portals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- Natural curiosity and strong problem-solving skills, particularly in health tech.
- Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including daily conversation volume.
- Strong work ethic centered on kindness, empathy, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues Clients and Therapists raise via Phone and Live Chat.
- Identify root causes of issues and work with Product teams to improve platform functionality.
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform.
- Provide high-quality customer service to Clients and Therapists.
- Serve as a go-to resource and advocate for customers throughout their experience with the platform.
