Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in federal contract management.
- Proven experience in the GovCon sector.
- Strong knowledge of federal contracting principles including FAR, DFARS, and GSA Schedules.
- Experience with contract vehicle management and teaming agreement negotiations.
- Working knowledge of standard cost models and Service Contract Act (SCA) work types.
- Demonstrated experience with CDRL tracking and contract deliverable management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Professional certification such as CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM (strongly preferred).
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, and Adobe/PDF).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of federal contracts including proposal support, negotiation, award, administration, and closeout.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency-specific regulations, and contract terms.
- Oversee GSA Schedule maintenance, modifications, and required reporting.
- Track and manage Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely delivery and documentation.
- Review and verify proposal responses for contractual compliance prior to submission.
- Draft, review, and execute NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and contract modifications.
- Advise senior management on federal contracting requirements, compliance obligations, and strategic risks.
- Develop internal training on federal contracting compliance and best practices.
