Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–4 years of experience at a Big4 or equivalent top-tier consulting firm in a Strategy or Operations practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas.
- Ability to create clean, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong hypothesis-driven analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and drive work in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex analysis into clear narratives.
- Full fluency in English.
- Comfort working with uncensored AI models and content.
Responsibilities
- Own analyses end-to-end by framing problems, gathering data, and presenting recommendations directly to leadership.
- Turn ambiguity into action by structuring broad questions and driving analysis independently.
- Build tools including business cases, financial models, forecasts, and KPI dashboards.
- Improve business operations by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and coordinating across teams.
- Run special projects, including initiative management, strategy documentation, and performance reviews.
