At least 6 years of experience as a business analyst.
2 to 3 years of experience in a senior BA position.
Proven experience in people management (performance reviews, mentoring, onboarding).
Experience integrating AI tools into business analysis workflows.
Experience with microservice architecture and high-load systems.
Understanding of REST API, Webhooks, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON, and XML.
Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, authorization mechanisms, and asynchronous interaction (Kafka or RabbitMQ).
Knowledge of microservice design basics and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Proficiency in BPMN and UML (Activity, Use Case, and Class diagrams).
Understanding of product metrics and decision-making based on business value.
English language proficiency at B1 level.

Conduct full-cycle business analysis from need identification to solution support.
Perform discovery phases, analyze processes, and identify system risks and dependencies.
Formalize functional and non-functional requirements using industry standards.
Collaborate with architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and QA to align product solutions.
Create analytical artifacts including BRD, Vision and Scope, User Stories, and Use Cases.
Model processes using BPMN and UML.
Mentor the business analysis team, providing feedback and individual development plans.
Review analytical artifacts to ensure quality and standard consistency.
Develop internal methodologies, templates, and best practices for the team.
Lead hiring, technical interviews, and onboarding for new business analysts.
