Requirements
- 8-10 years of IT professional experience in software development with a focus on system software.
- 6+ years of experience on Salesforce.com, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.
- Proven experience driving system implementation and agile project management.
- Strong understanding of data flow.
- Experience implementing top-of-the-funnel processes such as lead, account, and partner relationship management.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Tenacious problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous development and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Serve as a process and systems leader to operationalize GTM strategy.
- Propose and lead initiatives to optimize existing technologies and methodologies.
- Define and prioritize functional and business requirements and scoping.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and evolution of GTM processes and workflows in Salesforce.
