Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.
- Proven experience leading and owning end-to-end projects with significant backend deliverables.
- Expertise in building commercial-grade web applications with modern, open-source, cloud technologies.
- Strong proficiency in API design and writing data persistence layers.
- Experience with iterative agile delivery, CI/CD, and writing maintainable code.
- Experience mentoring and developing less experienced engineers.
- Consistent access to a private work environment with high-speed internet for video conferencing.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, test, and maintain critical product features using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, physicians, nurse practitioners, and staff to build patient care solutions.
- Operate across the full stack, including web interfaces, datastores, and cloud infrastructure.
- Deliver value reliably and transparently while upholding high engineering standards.
- Apply Lean Startup methodologies to streamline decision-making, technology, and processes.
- Build collaborative relationships with teammates and stakeholders across the organization.
- Mentor, develop, and oversee the work of less experienced engineers.
