Requirements
- Strong production software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of building and deploying LLM-powered systems for end users.
- Comfortable with SQL, data warehouse modeling, and transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt).
- Experience shipping data changes through CI and managing data quality, lineage, and testing.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into technical specifications.
- Collaborative mindset focused on pairing with and teaching non-engineers.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Practical risk management skills to distinguish between necessary governance and unnecessary friction.
- Growth mindset with willingness to learn and work across the full stack.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end full-stack software products across frontend, backend, data, and AI layers.
- Build self-service systems enabling analysts and operators to adapt tools independently.
- Partner with internal users to understand workflows and co-create practical, reliable solutions.
- Develop a unified data model connecting operational data, business systems, and plant telemetry.
- Enforce rigorous access controls and security boundaries for sensitive data.
- Create proactive AI guardrails to monitor task failures, tool-calling errors, and security issues.
- Define architectural patterns and engineering standards across the technical ecosystem.
