Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Proven track record of direct, impactful customer engagement.
- Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping.
- Hands-on experience designing, troubleshooting, and implementing complex enterprise integrations.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Strong problem-solving methodology to navigate technical ambiguity.
- Ability to champion technical value during the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep technical discovery and qualify complex customer use cases.
- Create and deliver bespoke product demonstrations, technical presentations, and interactive workshops.
- Own and execute proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot programs from start to finish.
- Define success criteria, guide implementation, and document executive-level business outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to share market insights and shape the product roadmap.
- Complete RFP and Security Questionnaires to a high standard and meet deadlines.
