Job Details

Background in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a related customer-facing technical consulting role supporting complex, consultative sales cycles.
Experience leading or mentoring technical teams, with the ability to coach technical storytelling, executive communication, and objection handling.
Strong channel experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), distributors, and technology alliance partners.
Technical foundation in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and SaaS integrations.
Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework or similar enterprise sales methodology.
Practical experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), AI copilots, and automation tools.
Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs), scripting, or automation platforms.

Lead and support a team of Solutions Engineers across commercial and channel-led customer engagements.
Establish consistent approaches to discovery, solution design, demonstrations, proofs of concept (POCs), and technical validation.
Partner with Sales to shape account strategy, identify technical risks, and advance opportunities toward a technical win.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and support joint customer engagements.
Coach team members through complex customer conversations while supporting their growth and development.
Champion practical, responsible use of AI and automation to improve team execution and standardization.
