Requirements
- 2+ years of people management or relevant leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Solid, proven understanding of the GTM tech stack and processes.
- Expertise with major CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Clay.
- Expert-level, hands-on experience building workflows and integrations using integration platforms and/or Python-based APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
- Strong track record of translating complex business needs and GTM strategy into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Experience documenting and maintaining automation frameworks, process maps, and adhering to security/compliance standards.
- Proven ability to translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights.
- Exposure to or hands-on implementation of AI-based workflow tools or LLM-powered automation in a GTM context.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions and funnel metrics.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and optimize the Sales and Marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Clay, Rox, Boomi, and Salesloft.
- Execute end-to-end automated workflows for lead scoring, routing, and alerts.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions to scale business outreach efficiency.
- Manage data pipelines, routine hygiene (deduplication, enrichment), and maintain dashboards for GTM metrics.
- Translate complex business needs and GTM strategy into technical solutions.
- Drive technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.
