Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of experience in quality engineering, release engineering, platform engineering, developer productivity, or SDET-adjacent roles.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-quality Python proficiency.
- Deep fluency with GitHub Actions or equivalent CI systems.
- Practical judgment in LLM-driven and agent-driven verification.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Familiarity with AWS, cloud deployment mechanics, secrets, credentials, and certificates.
- Strong technical communication skills for creating runbooks and operating policies.
- Ability to work in an early-stage startup environment with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent-run test harnesses and LLM graders for automated verification.
- Manage regression coverage, flake management, and automated release gates.
- Build and maintain reliable deployment pipelines, CI health, and artifact publication.
- Develop systems for fresh-install and upgrade verification.
- Create and expand natural-language UAT executed by coding agents.
- Automate credentials and certificates management.
- Maintain system reliability through runbooks, dashboards, and retrospectives.
