Must reside in the U.S.
Experience with Ruby on Rails (Nice to have).
Experience with React or TypeScript (Nice to have).
Experience with automated evaluation and testing of LLM powered workflows (Nice to have).
Experience with LangSmith or similar tools for observability and evaluation (Nice to have).
Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt lifecycle management (Nice to have).
Familiarity with LangGraph, AutoGen, or other agent orchestration frameworks (Nice to have).
Skill with AI powered coding tools (Nice to have).

Manage up to 5 engineers, prioritizing their career growth, technical development, and day-to-day support.
Take accountability for your team's goals and roadmap execution, identifying and removing blockers.
Review Architecture Decision Documents (ADDs), conduct pre-launch risk assessments, and ensure systems align with goals.
Lead early technical discovery, feasibility analysis, and capacity estimation for future projects.
Maintain technical engagement through regular PR reviews, design discussions, and incident retrospectives.
Allocate 10-20% of time to technical work, prioritizing pairing and targeted tickets.
Guide engineering practices using agile methods, TDD, and software design principles.
Act as the primary representative for your team with Product, Design, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
