Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Deep interest and curiosity for AI systems and modern LLMs.
- Track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Strong systems thinking skills, including familiarity with API design and system architecture.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL to answer questions and validate hypotheses.
- Pragmatic approach to navigating technical tradeoffs and establishing platform standards.
- Experience with or interest in prompt engineering workflows.
- Residency in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy for migrating prompts from multiple locations onto a unified platform and drive execution.
- Manage the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot team.
- Influence AI investment decisions by tracking emerging technologies like voicebot and computer use.
- Maintain the OpenAI relationship and Jerry presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and operations teams to align on product roadmaps.
- Deep dive into existing tech stacks to identify bottlenecks and maintain current system performance.
