Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering or technical product management at a fast-paced startup.
- Proven track record of taking complex, strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
- Deep passion and curiosity for AI systems including modern LLMs.
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to dive into API design and system architecture.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and hypothesis validation.
- Hands-on experience building custom AI workflows.
- Comfort translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for migrating prompts from six locations onto a unified platform.
- Own the technical prioritization queue for the chatbot team while minimizing process overhead.
- Track emerging technologies like voicebot and computer use to identify investment thresholds.
- Manage the OpenAI relationship and Jerry.ai's presence in the ChatGPT store.
- Navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in implementing AI platform standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams to align on product execution.
