Requirements
- 5+ years in technical product management, data product management, or analytics engineering.
- Experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company, enterprise software organization, or comparable environment.
- Collaboration experience with Data Engineering teams on warehouse structures like BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Practical SQL comfort for data validation and QA.
- Track record of transparent prioritization and balancing competing team demands against engineering capacity.
- Familiarity with go-to-market or financial system integrations such as CRM, billing, or ERPs.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Define, sequence, and manage the engineering build queue for Company Operations.
- Convert cross-functional operational requirements into clear specifications for engineering.
- Allocate engineering capacity across internal tools and business systems projects.
- Partner with data engineering to establish business logic and ensure clean data structures for GTM and financial systems.
- Perform hands-on tasks including user acceptance QA, data validation, and light prototyping.
- Provide engineering estimates and capacity analysis for build versus buy decisions.
