Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to provide concise status updates and executive storytelling.
- Significant consulting experience leading complex technology programs and owning delivery outcomes.
- Deep experience managing multi-workstream initiatives, specifically within data platforms, analytics, cloud, or AI/ML.
- Strong command of Agile or iterative delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience managing budget, margin, and commercial risk on services engagements.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, BI tools, ML platforms).
- Prior experience leading remote, multi-geo teams is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and hold accountability for the success of complex data and AI programs, serving as the primary point of contact for client sponsors and partners.
- Partner closely with technical delivery leads and execution teams to drive measurable client outcomes.
- Translate client strategy into clear roadmaps and integrated delivery plans, balancing pace, quality, and risk across multi-geo teams.
- Manage engagement financials including budget, margins, and forecasting, while owning risk and variance management.
- Build trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders and technology partners.
- Coordinate with ecosystem partners like Snowflake and ISVs to align roadmaps and funding.
- Shape a healthy, inclusive delivery culture through coaching and setting sustainable operating rhythms.
