Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience in software, platform, or enterprise technology.
- Proven experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technical products and shared services.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, integrations, and modern software development practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience in Agile product development and delivery environments.
- Experience managing platform products, developer platforms, or shared technology services (preferred).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native technologies (advantageous).
- Experience with AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or emerging technologies (a plus).
- Experience in enterprise software or regulated environments (beneficial).
- MBA or master’s degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and own the platform product roadmap in alignment with business and technology goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience.
- Translate technical and business requirements into actionable product plans and user stories.
- Prioritize platform backlogs and coordinate dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
- Drive the evolution of shared platform capabilities including APIs, identity services, and data platforms.
- Monitor performance and usage data to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
- Lead the integration of AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation to improve productivity.
