- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code or similar AI tooling.
- Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes.
- Great judgment in making strategic and tactical decisions.
- Demonstrable, self-driven results that have moved a product in the right direction.
- Passion for creating seamless products for complex challenges.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Build solutions together with the rest of the team.
- Own end-to-end experience including both human and software services.
- Lead on complex solutions without requiring support from senior members.
- Manage internal expectations for complex projects, products, and features.
- Develop effective roadmaps and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Understand key business KPIs and align team work to metrics.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to ship improvements.
